As Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) you will ensure the necessary sales infrastructure along the entire sales funnel. You have the passion to define and optimize processes to enable our sales team work more efficiently and successfully. You will contribute to make our new business division eTrusted even better. Through our SaaS solution we enable enterprise-level companies to collect feedback at every relevant touchpoint of their customer journey. Join our Experience Feedback team and collaborate on the success and growth of our platform.
- Selection, configuration and optimization of sales software, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other tools
- Responsibility for sales process and further development of relevant sales KPI and control tools as well as creation of reports and dashboards
- Development and improvement of playbooks in collaboration with the teams
- Optimization of the relevant interfaces to increase the efficiency of the sales team
- Cooperation with the internal IT security and data privacy department
- Further development of scalable processes for administrative activities
- Intensive exchange with team leads and sales coaches as well as other sales operations areas within Trusted Shops
